15. Subscriptions
15.1 Minimum Subscription Cycle: All subscriptions initiated with HealthTeaAustralia require a minimum commitment of three payment cycles. Upon subscribing to any of our services or products, subscribers are committed to fulfilling at least three consecutive payments as per their chosen subscription plan. Subscribers may opt to cancel their subscription at any time; however, the obligation for the minimum three payment cycles still stands. The remaining balance for these cycles will be due upon cancellation, although no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
15.2 Subscription Payment Processing Clause: At HealthTeaAustralia, the fulfillment of subscription orders is contingent upon the successful processing of scheduled subscription payments. In instances where a subscription payment fails or is declined, the corresponding shipment for that subscription cycle will not be dispatched. It is incumbent upon the subscriber to ensure their payment details are current and that sufficient funds are available for each scheduled payment. Subscribers will be notified of any payment issues and must resolve such issues for subscription services to continue uninterrupted. Subscription deliveries will resume once the outstanding payment is successfully processed.
